I take immediately at the first sign of flu or cold and to calm down cytokine flares. Taking three capsules two times every day until symptoms subside. Usually takes two days to start feeling much better but I continue to take it and slowly reduce the amount depending on what I am battling. I don't feel any difference in how I feel. If this doesn't change, I'll stop taking it after the third month. It's pricy and the benefits are kind of iffy. This stuff works!Instead of having to do another course of amoxicillin which destroys my underpants ecosystem and gives me secondary skin infections, I've been using this stuff every time my tonsils misbehave and they settle back down. it works every time! It's also helped my husband resolve multiple colds (he's a teacher.)I suspect I'll have to get my tonsils taken out and you better believe I'll be using this stuff to stave off post-surgical infection as soon as I can swallow.I’m a mother of two young children and a second grade teacher and I’m always catching colds and sinus infections. I’ve tried so many different things to help my immune system (you name it-I’ve tried it.) I’m now on my 2nd bottle of this stuff and recommending it to everyone I know. Since I started taking this product I’ve gone on two airplane trips and overcome 3 illnesses that have come through my household when I’m always they one that catches these things.I never write reviews on here, but I’m really impressed with this stuff!! I take 3 a day (1 dose) for preventative but when I’m around sick people or feel run down, I’ll up it to 2 or 3 doses. In addition to fighting off colds, I also feel as though my allergies have been better lately as well. Not sure if it’s due to this product or what - but I’m feeling overall stronger and healthier!My husband & I are both struggling with a really bad head cold. Horrible sinus headache, fatigue & gross green mucus. I started taking this 2 days ago & am feeling about 75% better today, while he is not taking it & is getting worse. I have an immune system deficiency that prevents me from fighting upper respiratory infections as well as other people, so I am usually WAY worse. I can only attribute the speedy recovery to taking this supplement. Ever.God bless Thorne.Amazon, thank you for carrying it.Definitely works but if you're real sick like with a sinus infection or something you've got to take a bunch for it to do its job. Like when I have a sinus infection I'll usually take 4 every 2 hours or so when im not asleep for a couple days and it will knock it right out! No antibiotics needed!!Definitely recommend this but taking a lot will send you to the bathroom so make sure you're upping your water intake as well.
