I bought this in conjunction with shilajit and I have been taking them both for over a week now. I absolutely love the results of Schizandra. Starwest has premium quality herbs that I have used many times in the past for different herbal remedies. The Schizandra came very quickly, it's is pink and powdery. I only use about 1/4 tsp every morning. It is kind of bitter and has a very herbal/floral taste to it. I use a little bit of honey and lemon to soften the taste. My mood and over all well being has increase noticeably in the one week that I have been using this product. This should last me months.
