I love this product, will be buying more.Only one a day required!I have had an elevated liver function all my life. (Not a drinker!) My. Sister told me about this. I begin taking and my numbers have decreased on my last 2 lab tests. My doctor was so impressed he told I could have 2 glasses of wine every night. I guess I’m becoming a drinker!Have to have this supplementExcellent productI had been taking 2/day for several mos. and didn’t feel too much of a difference so I upped my dosage to 3/day and Wow! What a difference in my energy levels and even my breathing! Love Gaia products and will continue taking Liver Health which also is recommended by the Medical Medium. He even says usually the dosage listed for supplements may still not be quite enough. I feel he’s right. It’s enough to get the basics in your system but if you’re not feeling much differently try increasing the dosage another pill.I had elevated liver enzymes, ALT and AST from taking anti fungus medication and being on HRT. I've tried Milk Thistle and Dandelion root from other manufacturers but had the best results with GAIA Herbs. I've been taking these twice a day and had labwork done recently which showed only slight elevation of AST. I haven't done anything different so these really work!I love Gaia herbs. Some of the best you can buy. Unfortunately this is how my package arrived today.I’m happy Amazon makes it easy to replace. Here’s hoping the next shipment is properly packaged and not damaged.
