This tincture made a huge difference in my life. I feel better overall, my anxiety is not as intense (I've been going through a very stressful time) my periods are better, no breast tenderness, mood swings, etc., It helps me sleep and makes my mind more clear. I do take good care of myself, work out four times a week, meditate, take other vitamins etc., but I noticed a big improvement in my overall quality of life when I started taking this. And I felt the difference within four days of taking it. You have to be vigilante about taking this first thing in the morning, before taking other things, I drop about ten drops in a 1/4 cup of water along with some milk thistle (great for your liver health) and wait at least 15 minutes until I drink or eat anything.
