I started taking this during a particularly nasty season when everyone in the house developed this really nasty cough. we found the basement was filled with black mold. while we were all searching for other accommodations, all 6 of my roommates were diagnosed with pneumonia. guess what? I was the only one who didn't get pneumonia and I swear it's because I was taking these bad boys. it's a tonifying herb, it works over time, so to get the best benefit of astragalus, you want to take it through a season, not just when you feel under the weather.Deceptive advertising!! Not pure astragalus and to make matters worse it’s a proprietary BLEND so who knows how much actual Astragalus is in it. Total scam and not eligible for reruns…how convenient.I love this. I need to buy more since I’m out. It’s such a great herb.I use this for my immune system, relaxation, stress and I take it before bedtime for a better rest & sleep!
